The Ramada Encore London West hotel has its own purpose-built meeting rooms on site. Located on the first floor at our Gypsy Corner hotel, our meeting rooms are designed for comfort and convenience, to ensure that your meetings run as smoothly as possible.

All 5 of our Ramada Encore Meetings rooms offer natural daylight, temperature controls and are equipped with Air Quality Control equipment. Direct dial telephones are provided in all meeting rooms, while photocopying facilities, fax, phone and modem points are available for use in our business area and Reception.

Flipcharts, overhead projectors and screens, TV and videos can be provided to suit your requirements and any other equipment can be ordered in by prior arrangement. All meeting rooms are supplied with a box of stationary, flipchart pens, scissors, hole punches, staples...

Ramada Encore Meetings rooms can be hired on a Day Delegate, 24 Hour Delegate or room hire basis. Teas, coffees, lunch and dinner are all available on site and all dietary requirements are catered for. 

Our 5 meeting rooms, named after famous London streets and districts, can be set up in theatre, boardroom, classroom and U-shape styles, and offer flexibility and functionality.

Located at Gypsy Corner in this stylish and contemporary West London hotel is an ideal venue for your special day. Licensed to perform both Civil Wedding and same sex partnership ceremonies, with the ability to cater for up to 100 guests at the wedding reception.

At Ramada Encore we understand that saying 'I do' is one of the most important and memorable days of your life. With this in mind our dedicated wedding planner will ensure your perfect day goes without a hitch, working with you before and during the celebrations, tailoring your day to your exact specifications. Ceremony

All ceremonies will take place in the Westminister Suite. Located on the first floor this spacious and fully air-conditioned suite is capable of seating up to 50 guests. 

Reception

After the formalities, the wedding party can progress to the ground floor to enjoy a delicious meal in our contemporary Wok Around the World restaurant and private dining suite. To ensure the party continues in full swing, guests can take advantage of the late license at our trendy bar. As the celebrations of the day die down, the newlyweds can escape to their complimentary guestroom, whilst wedding guests can benefit from the special accommodation rates offered.
