Is parking available at the hotel?

Our hotel has 75 car parking spaces; these are available on a first come first serve basis, rates are £1 per hour up to a maximum of £10.95 for 24 hours. Keep the entry ticket when you enter the hotel, as this must be presented at the time of check out. When checking in, your vehicle registration number must be entered.

How far away from London City Centre and Westfield shopping centre is the hotel?

The hotel is located 15 minutes from Westfield shopping centre, which is the largest shopping mall in Europe. Also, the hotel is just 20 minutes from Oxford and Regent Street.

When is my debit/credit card charged?

Payment for your reservation is taken on the day that you check out. If you have booked an Advance Saver Rate, payment for your reservation is taken prior to your arrival date. Your credit card is to be presented at the time of the check in.

Do you require pre authorisation from a debit/credit card?

A pre authorisation is required for every reservation and is requested at reception on check in.  If a guest does not have a debit/credit card available the hotel has the right to request a deposit of £50.00 per room which will be returned on check out.

Do you accept payments in cash?

We do accept cash payment for accommodation however proof of ID is requested at the time of checking in from either a valid Passport or Driving License.  If you do wish to pay by cash a pre authorisation is still be required either by card, or by leaving a deposit of £50.00 at reception which is returned on check out.

Do you accept Group Bookings?

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

There are no pets allowed, with the exception of guide dogs. Please inform the hotel in advance should you have a request to accommodate your helping dog.

Is the hotel accessible to wheelchairs?

Accessibility is a priority at our hotel and lift access is available to all floors. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant is positioned on the ground floor, with no stairs, and we also offer accessible bedrooms with adjacent rooms for carers if required. Do you have sofa beds in the bedrooms?

We do have sofa beds, available in double bedrooms only, and these are subject to availability. If you would like to have a sofa bed set up in your room please can you either add this to your comments section during the booking process, or contact the hotel directly on 0044 (0) 208 753 0800. Please be aware that the sofa beds are set up in the bedrooms only on request.  A supplement of £20.00 will be added to your room rate if the sofa bed is to be used by a guest which is over 16 years of age.

Restaurant

We do have a restaurant at the hotel which is open from 6pm and last orders are at 09:45pm. We also serve Starbucks coffee at the hotel open from 7am to 6pm.

GYM

We do have a GYM at the hotel which guests are able to use free of charge, you can request the entry key at reception.
